We have some exciting news to share. After months of behind the scenes work, we’re happy to let you know that Shea Homes® has finalized the purchase of 75.3 acres in Gilbert at the southwest corner of Ray Road and Recker Road. And while plans are still preliminary, we intend to break ground on the project next month and expect to build three new communities. So what can you expect? Homes will range in size from approximately 1,723 -3,351 square feet, and a variety of exterior and interior designs will be available, including both one and two-story homes, and the popular Shea3D YourPlan options.

The Reserves – Coming to Gilbert 2017
If you’ll be looking for a new home in Gilbert next year, we have good news! The Reserves, a gated Shea Homes community, plans to open in spring 2017. These larger single family homes will feature three architectural styles — Spanish, Adobe Ranch and Hill Country — and each style will offer a choice of color palettes, allowing a diverse streetscape.
Marbella Vineyards
