If you grew up in a ranch-style home, you know how convenient it is to have everything on one floor. And if you didn’t, then the new Painted Sky Collection is sure to make you a convert.
Three new home plans are coming to BackCountry, tailor-made to meet the metro area’s growing demand for main-floor living. (Shoppers, mark your calendars—the Painted Sky Collection sales office opens at the Discovery Center at 10am on Saturday, Mar. 19). Priced from the upper $500s to the upper $600s, each of these homes is thoughtfully designed for easy living and entertaining.
At 3,415 square feet, the Stargazer (Plan 4011) offers plenty of room for your out-of-town guests. Besides a main-floor master suite with large walk-in closet, you’ll have a secondary suite with a full bath—giving your overnighters both comfort and privacy. Additional main-level living includes a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, great room, powder room, and large laundry room. Outdoor living gets its due with a covered front porch and large patio. Also included: a finished basement with two additional bedrooms, full bath, and media room with an optional bar. 3,415 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, finished basement, and two-bay garage.
The Daybreak (Plan 4012) creates an ideal atmosphere for entertaining with open-concept living spaces. Watch your parties flow easily from the kitchen to the dining area, great room, cozy courtyard, and large patio. The library serves as a quiet retreat, along with two main-floor bedrooms that include a generous master suite as well as a secondary suite with full bath. A large area off the two-bay garage accommodates the laundry and is also ideal for stashing your shoes and gear at the end of the day. Options include a finished basement with two additional bedrooms, full bath, and media room with optional bar. 2,221 sq. ft., 2-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, optional finished basement, and two-bay garage.
Deftly balancing connection with privacy, the Indigo Mist (Plan 4013) brings everyone together in the hub of the home—a fabulous, open-concept kitchen and great room that offer access to both a charming courtyard and patio for enjoying the Colorado outdoors. When work calls, owners can retreat to the home office located off the formal entry. In addition to two bedrooms, the main floor also includes a powder room and owner’s entry with coat closet and bench off the two-bay garage. Options include a finished basement with two additional bedrooms, full bath, and media room with optional bar. 2,320 sq. ft., 2-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, optional finished basement, and two-bay garage.
Construction began on the model homes in February, and a grand opening is planned for early August. But ranch homes have a way of selling fast, so be sure to get on the priority list now at the BackCountry sales office. The first phase of home sites will be released on April 16.
