San Diego is known for fun, sun, and adventure – and we’re planning to enjoy all three on August 22nd! From 11:00AM – 3:00PM, five of our communities throughout San Diego County will be hosting open house events for your enjoyment and entertainment. Visit one community, or all five, and enjoy giveaways and delicious treats all along the way.

If you’re looking to purchase a new home in San Diego, take a look at the map below, print it out, or use the links to navigate on your phone. Roll down the windows in your car and enjoy a mini road trip in the San Diego sun to visit the communities that feel like home to you!

Serra (get directions). Come join KyXy 96.5 and the Sweet Treats Dessert Truck in historic Vista. Tour 1756 sq. foot, rustic-style homes, complete with 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 baths, and 2 car garages.

Lucent (get directions). Experience luxurious living in Mission Valley. These homes will make you feel like you’re on vacation every day in 1,457-1,878 sq. feet, hotel-style homes. Don’t forget to grab a delicious treat from the Sweet Treats Motorcycle.

Frame & Focus (get directions). Just a stone’s throw away from Lucent, you’ll also want to visit both Frame & Focus, Shea’s urban, loft-style homes within Civita. These homes are sized 1,306-1,599 sq. feet and offer 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Bonus – if you’re one of the first 20 visitors to this location for A Day with Shea, you’ll receive 1 dozen Nothing Bundt Cakes!

Everly (get directions). Bring the whole family to visit this comfortable El Cajon community. Tour the 1,709-1,975 sq. foot homes that offer 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3 baths while enjoying the close-knit atmosphere Everly offers. Rock out with KSON 97.3, and come hungry – food will be provided by Bar None BBQ.

Tamarindo (get directions). Start your day in Chula Vista at this inviting, and established, neighborhood. The first 20 visitors for A Day with Shea will receive 1 dozen Nothing Bundt Cakes to enjoy as they tour through our last model available at this community!
