Maybe it’s time to upgrade your living situation. With a little more space for growing kiddos. Or less space to clean, now that you’re traveling more. Or maybe just better designed space, tailored to big dinner parties or working at home.
Enter SPACES, Shea’s line of freshly rethought homes available at Reunion. And selling at a rather brisk pace, too. Contemporary exteriors, clean lines, stylish interior finishes, and flexible floor plans are all grabbing the attention of today’s Reunion buyers, say the Shea sales team of Mac Orlady and Travis McCarthy. (These two are among the staff members you’ll meet when touring Shea model homes.)
About the 3507 plan, whose newest model opens this month, Mac says, “people like this floor plan because it offers a main floor study space and an upstairs loft—both included in the base price.” Thoughtfully, the study is separated from the living areas, so getting work done with your family at home can become a reality. Mac also notes that growing families appreciate the flexibility in bedroom count. With 2,090 square feet, the plan can be tweaked to give you three, four, or five bedrooms.
The other model, 3554, which also has a newly-updated version, measures a cozier 1,736 square feet, but still offers a spacious master bedroom and bathroom, along with two to three secondary bedrooms. Travis points out that buyers love the “open floor plan where everything connects from the front door to the great room, kitchen and dining area.” This is an ideal layout for fun dinner parties, as well as keeping a young family connected despite their varying activities—whether cooking, playing video games, or doing homework. Plus, the open plan provides a long, artful sightline to entering guests.
“Because of our moderate prices, we attract a lot of first time buyers, younger families moving up to larger homes, and empty nesters wanting to downsize,” says Mac. “But that’s only one reason,” he adds. “Many come for the amenities that are offered. We have a 52-acre open space park, a recreation center, and ten miles of trails for residents to use. We also have future school sites planned around the Reunion area, and there’s a new private K-12 school that will open in August.”
Check out the two floor plans featured here, the whole portfolio of SPACES plans, or better yet, tour the new models themselves to get a clear understanding of how these homes really live. Mac, Travis, and the rest of the team will be happy to share their insights on the homes, the Reunion lifestyle, and more.
